Our Elite Pathway provides a clear progression from academy to Elite Development Squads and into our senior men’s and women’s teams — both of which compete at the highest levels of the UAE football pyramid. It’s a structured route designed to develop talent and create real opportunities for players to reach the professional stage.

OUR Program
Ciaran has coaching experience at City FC, Celtic and Queens Park. A UEFA A Licence candidate and Advanced Children’s Licence holder, he specialises in individual technical development through ball mastery, forward-thinking attacking football and high-energy, high-pressing team structures.
Grant is a UEFA C-licensed coach with experience working in the academy at Glasgow Rangers FC while playing full time. He later moved to the USA, coaching with Georgia Alliance before relocating to the UAE. Grant emphasises strong habits, game understanding and creating professional training standards for young footballers.
Reza has 11 years of coaching experience and 16 years of football involvement across five countries. A UEFA B Licence holder and UEFA A Licence candidate, he also holds FdSc, BSc and MSc university qualifications. His international coaching journey includes roles with Juventus Academy Kuwait, Rovers FC, SV Hoofddorp, Ajax Amsterdam, Koninklijke HFC, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Tottenham Hotspur Women and the Tottenham Hotspur
Foundation.
Reza’s coaching philosophy focuses on applying clear playing principles, isolating the physical, technical and tactical aspects of development, and combining strong personality with professionalism to create safe, vibrant and competitive learning environments.
Bojan brings 13 years of coaching experience in Dubai and holds both UEFA C and SFA C licences. His coaching philosophy is built on ball possession, short passing combinations and
quick transitions.
Eve brings five years of coaching experience and has a playing background with Birmingham City, Fulham and ZFK Spartak. Her coaching philosophy focuses on possession-based football with an emphasis on technical quality and intelligent movement.
Ciaran is a UEFA C-licensed coach with experience across grassroots football in the North East, including Feet4Football, Tyne Met College, various local teams and IJF Academy in Dubai. His coaching philosophy focuses on fun, creativity, individual improvement and team development within a positive, supportive environment.
Joel is a UEFA C-licensed coach with three years of coaching experience. His coaching philosophy focuses on dominating possession through intelligent positional play, building out from the back and maintaining compactness in all moments of the game.
Enock is a player and coach with over six years of football involvement across various clubs and academies, including LaLiga HPC, Fursan Hispania and Invictus Academy. He holds certifications in Talent Identification, Level 1 Coaching and a Diploma in Sports Coaching. His philosophy emphasises strong ball control, short passing football and individual player
development.
Kofi has been with Precision Football for nearly four years, bringing strong experience from both his coaching education and his playing career. Through England Football Learning, he has completed courses in Coaching Football, Introduction to First Aid in Football, and Talent Identification. His playing background includes Kumba Lakers FC, Treviszo FC, Mbenge United FC, Mount Cameroon FC, Continental FC, National Paints FC, SAFA Amateur and Adrenaline FC.
Kofi is dedicated to helping young athletes fall in love with the game while instilling discipline and sportsmanship. Known for his high-pressing style and team-focused approach, he emphasises collective effort and unity to achieve group goals.
Ricardo is a UEFA B-licensed coach with experience at AFC Wimbledon, Norwich City and Fulham FC. His philosophy centres on ball-on-the-floor football and encouraging individual flair in possession.
