All players will be required to complete the registration and consent forms. Players can also update their Personal Profile details online.

ELIGIBILITY:

Precision Football Academy is open to children between the ages of 3-16 years old, born 2022 to 2009.
The participants must be at least 3 years of age or no older than 16 years of age on the first day of the season (1 September 2025).
The participants must be physically fit and able to participate in all sporting programmes and activities offered by Precision Football
and accordingly accept all risks resulting from taking part in any such activities.
Precision Football Academy has limited spaces and therefore will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

MEDICAL CONSENT:

Player registration and consent forms are mandatory for all players.
Precision Football will not permit any child to participate in the Academy training program or tournaments without a registration form being completed. By signing up to the program, you give your permission to allow your child to be given medical treatment either by way of first aid or by a qualified person. You also consent that your child may be taken to a doctor or hospital in case of emergency.
If your child has any medical condition or develops one during the duration of the membership, you should notify a member of the Precision Football team immediately.

FEES:

The Precision Football Academy / Development Squad registration fee is due once per season and is invoiced to every new player on the day of their joining. The registration fee covers the administration cost and the player’s training and playing kits for the current football season. Once the registration fee is settled, the player’s spot is confirmed.

PAYMENTS:

Upon registration, payment is due in full or through our flexible payment plans, which allow customers to pay monthly via Tabby’s installment option or per term via Direct Debit.
Academy registration and payments are due prior to the beginning of each new term. If, however, payments are not received in full by the start of each new term, Precision Football reserves the right to suspend training for any players who are not fully paid up or have missed payments.

PRO RATA PAYMENT POLICY (Applies for each Term)

If a player misses training sessions for up to two weeks, the full payment for the term will still be due, and no pro rata adjustment will be made. Pro rata consideration will only be considered starting from the third consecutive missed week. All requests for pro-rata adjustments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must receive prior approval.

CREDIT POLICY:

Academy memberships CANNOT be frozen unless there are medical reasons. A physician’s note will be required in case of an injury or a medical condition that prevents someone from taking part.
Credit on medical grounds will be applicable if the sickness or injury prevents the student from attending sessions for more than 4 weeks, provided a medical certificate is presented as evidence. Credit can be used for the following term or season if the payment is on a full-year basis.
If training sessions have been missed for reasons beyond our control (such as: bad weather conditions, earthquakes, floods, heat waves, pandemics and other unforeseeable naturally caused events that may be considered as “force majeure”: wars, riots, chaos, slowdown, and unexpected legislations), these can be either:

  • Transferred to the following term or season or
  • Used as credit within a period of 12 months

REFUND POLICY:

All sessions/payments are non-refundable.
No refunds for missed sessions will be issued. In extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel training on short notice to ensure the safety of the players and the coaches.
No refunds will be issued for missed sessions for reasons such as school exams, family vacations, inability to arrive for practice, general sickness, etc.

COMMERCIAL USE IMAGES/VIDEOS:

The participants or the parent(s)/guardian(s) (in case of minor participant) grant Precision Football the worldwide right without approval or compensation, to use the participant’s name, photograph, video image or likeness for its reasonable commercial purposes such as newspaper/magazine ads, website and online social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram etc).

RIGHT TO REFUSE:

Precision Football has the right to refuse any applicants without giving reasons.
Precision Football Academy will not permit any participant to attend its classes without the official team outfit.
Neither the parent(s)/guardian(s) nor the participant shall disclose or use any aspect of the Precision Football course/program for commercial purposes.
If the participant is a minor and you are not the participant’s parent or guardian, you must confirm that you have made the parent or guardian fully aware of the booking and the terms and conditions, and that they have agreed to them.
No parents or guardians are allowed at the classes/activities, and must refrain from talking to coaches during the training session. Any questions or concerns can be addressed to the head of the activity after the class.
Precision Football does not bear responsibility for any participant outside or around the facility. Arriving before classes or staying afterwards is under the full responsibility of their parent(s)/guardian(s) (applies to minor participants only). Precision Football is only responsible for participants during the time of their activity/class.
The competitions that Precision Football may conduct are operated at the discretion of Precision Football, and in all matters (including disputes), the decision of the appointed official(s) shall be final. Ibn Battuta Malls LLC, Nakheel Mall. Plot Number IBS-FF-P6, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered.
Any prizes offered are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Precision Football reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. Once filled and signed, this registration form will be considered valid for the whole membership length at Precision Football.
Precision Football reserves the right to change the present terms and conditions and parents shall be notified by email of any such changes, which shall be deemed to be accepted by the parents within 48 hours of email notification.
It is the responsibility of the participant or his/her parent or guardian to keep Precision Football informed at all times of any changes, such as but not limited to contact details, pick up information, medical information, etc.
